Platinum Standard Award

The Platinum Standard Award is an awards scheme for Plus. It is open to all clubs in the Federation; Plus and Quest.

The award started in November 2007 and it will run until December 2011. (It is hoped that the award will become a part of Plus and continue beyond 2011).

There are four levels of Platinum Standard Awards; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. From time to time a Heroic Effort Award will also be presented. Each award is valid for twelve months. Groups may then apply or be nominated again.

A certificate will be awarded at an Area or National event, a graphic/logo will also be provided for publication on programmes, websites, letterheads etc. The criteria will be set by John Smith, who will be assisted in the judging by the Vice-Presidents.
