NEC Training Day, Sunday
19 February 2012
Team working and
being a leader amongst volunteers.
Introduction;
Have you found yourself
in a team and felt completely clueless as to what to do next? The chair
that happens to be your best friend hides at their parents and is very
frightened. They can be seen mumbling jelly for five minutes on a group
night.
Have you been elected
Leader, have ideas that will change the world and yet your team fails to
deliver and make it happen?
Do you have a friend in
your group or team, been there, done that and it was better last time?
Are you leading a team
of volunteers where everyone is twenty years older than you?
How do you harness the
creativity of a group? Is it better than individual thinking?
This session is for you
whether in a team of volunteers or in a work environment, Francis
Wallington and a team of experienced Plussers will guide you on leading
