There has been a Plus group
in the Newbury / Thatcham area since the 1970's and at the moment our
numbers are growing! On our group night we do quizzes, boardgames or go
to the cinema amongst other things. In weekends we go out for meals, go
bowling, go to theme parks or attend Area events.
We also organise yearly Area
events such as the Beach Barbeque, Weekend at Centre Parcs and for years
the National Skiing Holiday Abroad which are always a great success
and attended by a lot of Plussers.
